By visiting the Sites, sending emails, or contacting us via social media or live chat, you consent to receive electronic communications. You agree that all agreements, notices, and communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms, resolution shall be sought through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of New Jersey. Arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator under the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Each party agrees to bear their own arbitration costs, unless otherwise directed by the arbitrator. If arbitration is deemed unenforceable, disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey.

Arbitration forms may be downloaded from www.jamsadr.com. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive the right to participate in any class or representative action. If this waiver is deemed unenforceable, the arbitration clause shall be null and void.
The information, products, and services on the Sites are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Liriano Legacy disclaims liability for any damages arising from the use of the Sites, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
The Sites are controlled and operated from the United States. Users accessing the Sites from other countries are responsible for compliance with local laws. We make no representation that the Sites or their content are appropriate for use outside the U.S.. Despite the above, as a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are a resident. This Agreement does not limit your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
Liriano Legacy reserves the right to terminate your access to the Sites at its sole discretion without notice. These Terms shall survive any termination of your use of the Sites.
Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs by mail at 1625 North Market Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (916) 445-1254 or (800) 952-5210.
By using this Site, California residents agree to consciously waive all claims both known and unknown that may be later discovered and expressly forgo protections under California Civil Code Section 1542, which states: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party."
Liriano Legacy reserves the right to update these Terms at its discretion. The most current version will be available on the Sites and supersedes previous versions. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.
